Plaat Pret provides a range of branding and printing services, including but not limited to:

Sale of Sublimation Blanks
Supply and customisation of Clothing
General Printing Services
All quotes provided by Plaat Pret are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, although any changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Quoted prices exclude delivery fees unless explicitly stated.
Order Confirmation: All orders are considered confirmed upon receipt of a signed approval of the quote and, where applicable, payment of the required deposit.
Artwork Submission: Clients are responsible for providing high-resolution, print-ready artwork in the specified formats (e.g., vector files for logos, high-res JPEGs/PNGs for images). Plaat Pret is not responsible for print quality issues arising from low-resolution or incorrectly formatted artwork provided by the client.
Artwork Proofs: For custom orders, a digital proof will be sent to the client for approval before production begins. It is the client’s sole responsibility to meticulously check all details, including spelling, grammar, colours (note: screen colours may vary from printed colours), sizing, and placement. Once a proof is approved, the client assumes full responsibility for any errors present in the approved proof.
Intellectual Property: By submitting artwork, you warrant that you have the necessary rights or licenses to use the intellectual property contained within the artwork. You agree to indemnify Plaat Pret against any claims, damages, or costs arising from copyright or trademark infringement related to the artwork you provide.
A 50% deposit is generally required for all custom orders before production commences.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the order, prior to collection or dispatch.
For non-custom or blank items, full payment may be required upfront.
Plaat Pret reserves the right to withhold delivery of goods until full payment is received.
Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of 2% per month or part thereof.
Production times are estimates only and begin upon receipt of both the approved artwork proof and the required deposit/full payment.
While we strive to meet all deadlines, Plaat Pret will not be liable for any delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., material shortages, equipment failure, courier delays). We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
Collection: Orders can be collected from our premises at 15A Rondebosch Crescent, Van Riebeeck Park, Kempton Park 1619, during business hours once full payment has been received.
Delivery: We can arrange delivery via third-party couriers at the client’s expense. Plaat Pret is not responsible for loss or damage to goods once they have been dispatched to the courier. Risk passes to the client upon dispatch.
Plaat Pret’s liability for any errors, defects, or non-conformance of goods shall be limited to, at our sole discretion, the replacement of the goods, a credit for the value of the goods, or a refund of the amount paid for the specific goods in question.
Plaat Pret shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption, arising from the use of our services or products.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Plaat Pret reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website (if applicable) or by otherwise making them available to you.
