Refunds & Returns Policy

At Plaat Pret, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the custom nature of our products, our refund and returns policy is as follows:

1. Custom Orders

  • All sales are final on custom-designed and custom-printed products. This includes items with your specific artwork, logos, or personalised text, such as HTV Vinyl applications, sublimation blanks with custom prints, and custom clothing.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be offered for custom items unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or an error on our part regarding the design, print quality, or product specifications that deviates from the approved proof.

  • It is your responsibility to thoroughly review and approve all digital proofs and specifications before production begins. Once a proof is approved, we are not responsible for errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect colours if not specified by a Pantone match, incorrect sizing) that were present in the approved proof.

2. Non-Custom/Blank Items

  • For blank sublimation items or non-customised apparel purchased directly from Plaat Pret, you may be eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are in their original, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all original packaging.

  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply to approved returns of non-custom items.

  • Shipping costs for returns of non-custom items are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product (either custom or non-custom), you must notify Plaat Pret within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Please provide clear photographs of the damage or defect.

  • Upon verification, we will, at our discretion, either replace the defective product or issue a credit for the value of the damaged item.

  • We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item for inspection before issuing a replacement or credit.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations for custom orders are only possible if requested before production has commenced.

  • If production has begun, a cancellation fee will apply to cover costs incurred for materials and work already performed. This fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
