What it is: HTV Vinyl is a special type of polyurethane or PVC film that has a heat-activated adhesive on one side.Designs are cut out of this vinyl using a precise cutting machine, then “weeded” (excess material removed), and finally applied to a fabric or suitable material using a heat press. The heat and pressure from the press activate the adhesive,permanently bonding the vinyl design to the item.
